The protection of your personal details is an important matter to us. Therefore, we process your details exclusively on the basis of legal stipulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). With this data protection information, we are informing you of the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via e-mail, your given details will be kept by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. These details will not be shared without your consent.

Data Storage

For the purpose of contract execution of e-mail orders, we will store the following data: Name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The data you share is required for the execution of the contract i.e. for the carrying out of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot enter into a contract with you. Data will not be shared with third parties with the exception of the contracted transportation company/courier in order to send the goods as well as our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations. After cancelling the shopping process, the data we have stored will be deleted. In the case of a contract being entered into, all the data pertinent to the contractual relationship will be kept until the expiry of the tax-relevant retention period (7 years).

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you think that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body. In Austria, this is the data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
